How to find a Popular Search Phrase

Here is a handy Keyword Suggestion Tool. Based on a keyword or phrase, the tool will display a list of popular search terms related to the keyword/s you entered. The data comes from the Overture database and along with the suggestions, comes a total of the number of searches on that suggested keyword or phrase over the past month.
This tool could be handy if you were trying to make money in a particular niche by optimizing your site for search engines by targeting particular search terms. You could potentially make more money by finding a popular search term with little competition from other sites listed in the search engines.
For example, if you were to enter the search term ‘digital camera’, you would get the following results:
You would see that there were 1,664,725 searches for digital camera over the last month. You would also see that other search phrases you might like to consider are digital slr camera, cannon digital camera, fisher price digital camera and digital camera review.
Now, I am not advocating the use of digital cameras as a niche topic to make money, as I suspect there is some pretty stiff competition. However, if you are targeting traffic from search engines as a way of making more money from your blog, then you may find this tool useful.
