BlogHop Blog Directory

In the last week or so, I have started getting some traffic from a blog directory called BlogHop. I submitted Monetize Your Blog to BlogHop about 3 weeks ago, then forgot about it. As I neglected to make a note of it at the time, I haven’t blogged about it before.

BlogHop looks a little different to other Blog Directories in that it doesn’t just have all of the blogs listed in different categories. When adding your blog, you can specify some tags (along with all of the standard stuff), which readers can then use to find your blog.

I can’t explain why I have suddenly started to get traffic from BlogHop. Maybe they have recently changed their site, or maybe BlogHop Itself has started getting more traffic. I thought it was noteworthy though, because apart from an initial spurt of traffic from each directory straight after listing, I have not had much success with other blog directories. Bloghop has proven more effective for Monetize Your Blog.
