Free Image Hosting

I created a banner ad (read about it here) the today and needed a place to host it. When I tried to upload it the blogger, it kept resizing the image. I wanted to be able to reference it from another site and I wasn’t sure that it would work properly being hosted on blogger and being resized.
So I had a quick look around and found that http://xs.to/ hosted images for free. So I tried it out and loaded up the image. It all went swimmingly. Now I just need to refer to it from the other website. More on that another time.

Its best not to link to images uploaded to Blogger. It is called hotlinking (using a server without permission) and usually Blogger will not serve the pictures to any other domain.
Glad you found another method.
Thanks for the feedback cybercelt. I had not heard of hotlinking before. I will re-read the Terms of Service at xs.to.
Another good image host is at topimagehost.org
It’s good when you want to upload multiple images.
