Monetize Your Blog submitted to Google

I have submitted this weblog for inclusion in the Google search engine. The url to submit a new site can be found here.

Google says there is no guarantee the site will appear on Google, or if it does how long it will take.

From the small amount of research I have done so far, it seems that to get a website listed and have a reasonable ranking on one of the search engines is somewhat of a black art. There seems to be alot of theories about the best way to do it. The consensus seems to be that the more sites which link to yours, the better your ranking will be.

Anyway, I have submitted mine directly to Google so I will just have to wait and see what happens.
